The Best Vegan Ranch Dressing

First, I must say that I’ve never been a ranch dressing kind of gal until now! Who knew!! Since I’ve gone plant-based I’ve really taken the time to explore so many exciting options and recipes. This ranch dressing is perfection!

Vegan Ranch

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup @kitehill unsweetened almond milk yogurt 
  • 2 1/2 tbs white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2  tbs dried chives
  • 1 1/2 tbs dried parsley 
  • 1/2 tsp of dill
  • Soak cashews in water for 10-20 minutes then add all ingredients EXCEPT dried herbs to blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass jar, add chives, parsley and dill then place lid and shake until mixed
  • store in fridge for up to 1 week

All I can say is be open to trying this amazing recipe and give your body healthy ingredients. Most dressings on the market are packed with inflammatory oils and preservatives. When we consider all that we put into our body we can create healthy changes.
