Creamy Plant-Based Tzatziki Sauce

Honestly, I was never a big fan of Tzatziki sauce but since having falafel, my life is forever changed! But seriously, it’s as easy as 123 to make this and even better that Kite Hill makes such  delicious plant-based yogurts. 

For The Sauce:

Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Kite Hill unsweetened almond yogurt
  • 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 English cucumber 
  • 2 tbs fresh dill 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • mix in bowl and enjoy

The How-To:

  • grate the cucumber and put in strainer then press down on cucumber a few times to push out excess water then put in a bowl
  • add yogurt
  • chop garlic and dill then add to bowl 
  • add lemon juice and sea salt
  • mix and enjoy!
